Doctoral Candidate in Human Rights Law at the Friedrich Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. Doctoral research will investigate the intersection of gender-based violence, poverty, gender stereotypes, culture and tradition, law discrimination amongst other issues in to devise a multidimensional approach to dealing with the problem of gender-based violence in Cameroon and to understand why the Cameroonian society as a whole has not been able to get past all the structures and dynamics which favour gender-based violence. Seeks to be part of a process that advances human rights and promotes individual and general development. Supports gender equality, and inclusive and sustainable development initiatives. Working towards becoming an expert in and advocate for gender - based approaches to sustainable peace, development and human rights.
